01.Reservation<\/b>
\nBookings can be made on the site, by email, or by telephone on (+39) 328 3372652 with advance payment of the deposit amounting to
\n35% of the total amount.
\nPayment can be made by bank transfer or by online credit card (STRIPE).
\nThe customer will receive a confirmation email which will contain references to be shown on arrival and the reservation will be considered valid once payment has been credited. The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast (free for bed&breakfast accommodation), the supply of towels and sheets, the use of the Smart Tv and air conditioners\/heat pumps, the use of all bathroom accessories, use of the Wi-Fi network for Internet connection, parking space (subject to availability), bicycles and sun umbrella with deckchair and sunbed on the private and equipped beach.<\/p>\n
02. Check-in and Check-out<\/b>
\nMinimum age of family or group leader 25 years. Rooms will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the last day of stay.
\nDelay in leaving the room, if not agreed upon, will result in an additional night being charged.<\/p>\n
03. Documents<\/b>
\nOn arrival, guests are required to show a valid identity document for registration, in accordance with the law.
\nFailure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the criminal code.
\nThe data acquired are processed in accordance with the current privacy regulations pursuant to Law 675\/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003.<\/p>\n
04. Payment<\/b>
\nPayment for the balance of your stay will be made on arrival in cash or by other authorised means of payment. Prices are subject to change from those published on the rates page.<\/p>\n
Tourist tax<\/b>
\nThe hotel will charge the tourist tax in accordance with current municipal regulations.<\/p>\n
06. Access Keys<\/b>
\nBoth the room keys and the B&B keys (door and house) will be handed over.
\nIt is strictly forbidden to produce duplicates of these keys.
\nIn the event of loss, there is a penalty of \u20ac. 50.00 charged in full to the guest.
\nIt is strictly forbidden to leave the key in the lock on the inside of the B&B entrance door, which may obstruct free access to other guests and owners.<\/p>\n
07. Cancellation, Early Departure, No Show<\/b>
\nIn case of cancellation 20 days before the stay, the deposit will be returned.
\nIn the event of cancellation less than 20 days before the stay, the deposit will be retained.
\nIn case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the full amount will be retained.
\nIn the event of non-arrival, without any notification, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.<\/p>\n
08. Breakfast<\/b>
\nBreakfast will be available from 08:00 to 10:00 unless otherwise agreed with the B&B manager for special cases. It must be taken in the breakfast room or in your own accommodation.
\nIn case of any known food intolerances and allergies, guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance.<\/p>\n
09. Cooking and own food<\/b>
\nGuests are not allowed to use the kitchen or use the fridge in the common area.
\nEating food in the room is permitted, no cookers or open flames of any kind. For any needs, please ask the B&B manager.<\/p>\n
10. Smoke<\/b>
\nSmoking is strictly forbidden in all indoor areas of the B&B.<\/p>\n
11. Cleaning<\/b>
\nDuring your stay the B&B bedrooms and bathrooms will be cleaned daily. If occupied, cleaning will be carried out the following day.
\nThe flat residences will be cleaned twice a week.
\nPlease arrange your personal belongings in such a way as to allow for such cleaning.<\/p>\n
12. Linen<\/b>
\nIn the bed&breakfast rooms, bed linen is changed every four days and towels every two days.
\nIn the flats, bed linen will be changed once a week and towels twice a week. Extraordinary linen changes are not included in the price, as is any extraordinary cleaning.<\/p>\n
13. Personal items<\/b>
\nNo objects of any kind may be left in the corridors or common areas.
\nThe B&B is not responsible for items left unattended.<\/p>\n
14. Other guests<\/b>
\nAccompanying persons are not allowed to stay in the rooms.
\nFailure to comply will result in the fee being doubled.<\/p>\n
15. Damage and Missing Items<\/b>
\nAny damage done to the B&B, after liability has been established, shall be compensated by the guest in agreement with the B&B manager.
\nItems missing from the rooms will be charged to the occupants.<\/p>\n
16. Recommendations and Prohibitions<\/b>
\nProper use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing sanitary towels, cotton buds and other objects that can clog them up in the toilet (use of the bins provided is recommended).
\nIt is also recommended:
\n- to switch off the lights every time you leave the room.
\n- during the night keep the lights off in the entrance hall, and while away from the rooms do not leave the windows open.
\n- Do not leave battery chargers connected when not in use.
\n- Do not leave taps running, (water is a precious commodity!)
\n- Do not leave air conditioners running while away from the rooms.
\n- Keep the television set at a low volume so as not to disturb other guests.
\nIt is forbidden to use heaters, electric cookers, gas cookers and the like inside the facility, as they can cause damage to the facility, persons and property.
\nIt is forbidden to speak loudly, shout, slam doors or windows, rummage through the furniture in the hall, allow children to wander around or use electrical appliances without parental supervision.<\/p>\n
17. Silence and tranquillity<\/b>
\nIn accordance with the B & B regulations and the Municipal Police regulations, you are requested to
\nobserve silence in the hours between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 23.00 to 08.00.<\/p>\n
18. Luggage<\/b>
\nThe B&B accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of guests' belongings left in the rooms.
\nIt is not permitted to leave personal items in the common areas. Otherwise, no liability is accepted.
\nIt will be possible to leave your luggage at the B&B until your departure from Alba Adriatica, but without assuming any responsibility.<\/p>\n
19. Internet and Wi-Fi<\/b>
\nThe property is equipped with a WI-Fi network for Internet connection, which is made available to guests free of charge. The password will be provided.
